Meriwether STEAM Academic Center Grand Opening

We will need 2 rectangular tables in the theater lobby for the refreshments.  We will also need 2 tables for food.  I think large round tables for the food might be more ideal than the rectangular.  The podium will need to be set up with a mirophone so Peter can make brief remarks in the theater lobby.  The event will be an open house format from 6-8.  Set up should be ready by 4:00.  We would also like to use about 6 pub tables in the theater lobby and we can use the theater lobby stool seats in that area as well.  Break down can occur around 8:30.  We will need extra garbage cans stationed in theater lobby and throughout the STEAM Academic Center.
