We will use the Library so we need no set up. We will also need a 6-foot table, with tablecloth, set up under the television set before the Middle School Hallway for refreshments.   The kitchen usually prepared coffee and danish for approximately 20 people for those mornings. I would like everything set up by 8:15 am and take down can be 10:45 am.
