 elivery - Our baloons for the evnt will be delivered on Friday because the
  vendor will be out of town for the weekend. There are 5 balloon arches\, 
 6 balloon columns and a balloon photobooth that will need to go into Mo's 
 space and stored until we move them to the quad for the event on Sunday. \
 n\nTheater- Peter will be speaking to guests at 1:00 pm. He will need a po
 dium and mic. The orchestra will play and the stage will need to be set up
  with all of their equipment (see James Racine for specific direction).\n\
 nTheater Lobby should have 3 six-foot tables  equally spaced that will be 
 used for registration.\n\nOutside of Peter's office on sidewalk - 1 six-fo
 ot table for science experiments\n\nCommons - Popcorn machine (Keith)\, 12
 -6 foot tables for athletics/three chairs at each table\, space for Comfy 
 Cow ice cream cart\, 2- 6 foot tables for swag give away\, 1 six ffot tabl
